Hi, my name's AJ Smith and I am the owner & operator of AJ Productions - Maryland's Premier Choice in DJ's. I understand that your Wedding is one of the most important days of your Life and you want only the best when it comes to DJ's!
Along with myself, my team of DJ's specialize in Weddings. We understand that most people only get one time in their lives to say, "I DO". We realize that when it comes time to celebrate these two special words, we'll bring the best out in you, your spouse and of course the family and friends you've invited.
We also understand you want a DJ who's experienced,easy-to-work-with, professional, fun and most of all, NOT cheesy! Well feel rest assured.. we are the complete total opposite of cheesy! In fact, we consider ourselves to be a "Team-Player". Meaning we'll work closely with you and your vendors including your Wedding Planner, Caterer, Photographer, Videographer & Officiant.
Before the Big Day comes though, we'll take the time to meet with you and your Fiancé before you make your decision on our DJ services. This way you both get a chance to get a feel of the DJ's personality and experience and we'll closely listen to your wants and needs for your Wedding.
While we're meeting, we'll introduce you to your own personal Online Event Planner. This Online Event Planner is a Bride & Groom’s dream because it allows you to pick and choose all the events and activities you want performed during your Wedding - all via the internet. Consider it to be your "One-Stop Wedding Planning Workshop".

We offer 4 different Wedding Packages. Each package only slightly varies from the next. Mainly in the area of if your Wedding Ceremony and Wedding Reception are taking place at the same venue and if you need us to provide you with music or audio during your Ceremony.
Wedding Package #1
Our DJ services for just your Wedding Reception using the DJ's main sound system.
This package includes all of the following:
• Your DJ will serve as the "MC" and will handle all of the announcements during your Wedding including the Introductions and all other formalities.
• Music for your Reception including your Cocktail Hour using the DJ's main sound system.
• 24/7 access to your Online Event Planner.
• 1 wireless hand-held mic for all toasts and blessing during your Reception.
• Unlimited consultation and assistance from your DJ.
• The set-up and break-down time of the DJ's equipment.
• The DJ's travel fee to and from your Wedding venue.
• The Maryland State Tax of 6%.
• No Hidden Fees.
(This package is recommended if your Wedding Ceremony is taking place in a Church or some other different location then where your Wedding Reception is taking place and you only need us to provide you with our DJ services for just your Wedding Reception.)
Wedding Package #2
Our DJ services for both your Wedding Ceremony and Reception using the DJ's main sound system for both your Ceremony and Reception.
This package includes all of the following:
• Your DJ will serve as the "MC" and will handle all of the announcements during your Wedding including the Introductions and all other formalities.
• Music for your Ceremony including the Prelude, Processional & Recessional using the DJ's main sound system.
• Music for your Reception including your Cocktail Hour using the DJ's main sound system.
• 24/7 access to your Online Event Planner.
• 1 wireless hand-held mic for all toasts and blessing during your Reception.
• Unlimited consultation and assistance from your DJ.
• The set-up and break-down time of the DJ's equipment.
• The DJ's travel fee to and from your Wedding venue.
• The Maryland State Tax of 6%.
• No Hidden Fees.
(This package is recommended if your Wedding Ceremony is taking place at the same venue as your Wedding Reception is AND your Ceremony and Reception are taking place in the same exact room.)
Wedding Package #3
Our DJ services for both your Wedding Ceremony and Wedding Reception using 2 separate sound systems: 1 for your Ceremony and 1 for your Reception.
This package includes all of the following:
• Music for your Ceremony including the Prelude, Processional & Recessional using our Wedding Ceremony Sound System.
• Your DJ will serve as the "MC" and will handle all of the announcements during your Wedding including the Introductions and all other formalities.
• Music for your Reception including your Cocktail Hour using the DJ's main sound system.
• 24/7 access to your Online Event Planner.
• 1 wireless hand-held mic for all toasts and blessing during your Reception.
• Unlimited consultation and assistance from your DJ.
• The set-up and break-down time of the DJ's equipment.
• The DJ's travel fee to and from your Wedding venue.
• The Maryland State Tax of 6%.
• No Hidden Fees.
(This package is recommended if your Wedding Ceremony and Wedding Reception are taking place at the same venue but in 2 separate rooms or areas of your venue.)
Wedding Package #4
Our DJ services for both your Wedding Ceremony and Wedding Reception using 2 separate sound systems but you only need us to set-up and run just the sound or audio during your Ceremony with no music supplied from us during your Ceremony.
This package includes all of the following:
• The audio during your Ceremony using our Wedding Ceremony Sound System that includes: 1 wireless lapel mic for your Officiant and 1 wireless mic (on a mic stand) for any readings during your Ceremony.
• Your DJ will serve as the "MC" and will handle all of the announcements during your Wedding including the Introductions and all other formalities.
• Music for your Reception including your Cocktail Hour using the DJ's main sound system.
• 24/7 access to your Online Event Planner.
• 1 wireless hand-held mic for all toasts and blessing during your Reception.
• Unlimited consultation and assistance from your DJ.
• The set-up and break-down time of the DJ's equipment.
• The DJ's travel fee to and from your Wedding venue.
• The Maryland State Tax of 6%.
• No Hidden Fees.
(This package is recommended when your Ceremony and Reception are taking place at the same venue but in 2 separate rooms or areas of your venue and you only need us to provide just the sound or audio for your Ceremony because you have arranged a singer/guitarist or string trio to perform during your Ceremony. This package does include a wireless lapel mic for your Officiant and a wireless mic (on a mic stand) for any readings or performances during your Ceremony.)
Add On's
We also offer an array of Add On's that you can add to any of the above Wedding Packages such as:
• A Wireless Lapel Mic for the Officiant of your Ceremony.
• A Wireless Hand Held Mic on a mic stand for a reading during your Ceremony.
• Projector & Projection Screen for a slide show.
• Uplighting that will definitely enhance your Wedding and give it that special upscale feel.
• Dance Floor Lighting to take your Wedding to the next level when your dance floor opens.
• Extra Speakers for additional sound.
